The site is set within a parkland setting on the former HSBC Training Centre on Green Belt land. The master planning scheme comprises of the construction of 129 new residential units, and the conversion of existing heritage assets into 9 additional units. The proposed scheme contains a mix of residential unit types from 1, 2 and 3 bed flats to large 4 bed townhouses and luxury detached 5 bed family homes.
